Return & Exchange Policy

This policy is revised to comply with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and common e-commerce practices, with clear logic, standardized expressions, and no ambiguous or incorrect content.

1. 7-Day Return Commitment

The Company offers a 7‑day return period starting from the actual date you receive the goods.
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
  1. The product has inherent quality defects.
  2. The product was damaged during shipping.
  3. The item delivered is incorrect or does not match your order; return or exchange is allowed without affecting resale.

2. Exceptions to 7-Day Unconditional Return

The following items are not eligible for 7‑day unconditional return:
  1. Personalized or custom‑made goods.
  2. Used products (electronic products are deemed used once powered on).
  3. Products with visible wear, scratches, or damaged functional parts/accessories.
  4. Missing or severely damaged original outer packaging (excluding normal unboxing) that affects resale.
  5. Goods that by nature are unsuitable for return, and you have confirmed this at the time of purchase.
  6. Any other condition where the item is not in new/unused condition and affects resale.

3. How to Apply for Return & Exchange

3.1 Personal Reason Return / Exchange

  • Apply within 7 days of receipt by email to our after‑sales team.
  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Our customer service will review and respond within 1–3 working days.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by you.

3.2 Quality Issue Return / Exchange

  • Apply within 7 days of receipt by email to service@mail.zoperrq.com.
  • Our customer service will review and respond within 1–3 working days.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Company.

3.3 Refund Process

After returning the item via courier, the courier will notify us upon receipt.
We will complete the refund within 15 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
